Getting Started with FreeGuard Clash VPN

This guide walks you through subscribing to FreeGuard VPN using our anonymous Clash subscription system — from choosing a plan to browsing securely in minutes.

What You Need

• An email address — used to deliver your subscription credentials. No account registration required.
• A compatible client app — Clash-based or sing-box-based proxy client (we recommend options below).
• A payment method — credit/debit card (via Stripe) or cryptocurrency.

Step 1: Choose a Plan

Visit the Clash Pricing page to view available plans.

Plans are offered in several intervals:

Savings tip: Longer intervals offer a lower per-month cost. The annual plan provides the best value.

Step 2: Subscribe and Pay

You can pay with either a credit card or cryptocurrency.

Option A: Credit Card (Stripe)

1. On the Clash Pricing page, choose your plan and click Subscribe.
2. Enter your email address in the dialog that appears.
3. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
4. Complete the payment with your card details.
5. After payment, Stripe redirects you back to FreeGuard where your credentials are displayed.

Stripe subscriptions renew automatically. You can manage or cancel anytime.

Option B: Cryptocurrency

1. On the Clash Pricing page, switch to the Crypto payment tab.
2. Select your desired plan and preferred cryptocurrency.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to send the exact amount to the provided wallet address.
5. Wait for blockchain confirmation — this usually takes a few minutes depending on the network.
6. Once confirmed, your credentials will be displayed automatically.

Step 3: Get Your Credentials

After a successful payment you will land on the success page, which displays two important pieces of information:

• Subscription URL — a remote profile link you paste into your client app.
• CDK Token — a backup code you can use to retrieve your credentials later.

There are two ways to reach the success page:

1. Automatic redirect — after Stripe checkout or crypto confirmation, you are redirected automatically.
2. Verification code — if you close the page or lose the redirect, visit the success page and enter the verification code sent to your email.

Save your CDK token in a safe place. You can use it at Subscription Management to look up your credentials at any time.

Step 4: Configure Your Client

Install a compatible proxy client for your platform and add your subscription URL.

General Setup Steps

Regardless of which client you use, the basic steps are the same:

1. Open your client app.
2. Go to Profiles or Subscriptions.
3. Choose Add Remote Profile (or similar).
4. Paste your Subscription URL.
5. Save and update the profile.
6. Enable the proxy / toggle the connection on.
7. Select a server node from the list.

You should now be connected.

Step 5: Verify Your Connection

After connecting, confirm everything is working:

1. Check your IP address — visit whatismyipaddress.com and verify that the displayed location matches your chosen node, not your real location.
2. Test a geo-restricted site — try accessing a streaming service or website that is normally unavailable in your region.

Managing Your Subscription

• View your credentials — visit Subscription Management and enter your CDK token or email to retrieve your subscription URL.
• Stripe auto-renewal — credit card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel from the Stripe customer portal linked on the management page.
• Update your nodes — most clients support automatic profile updates. You can also manually refresh the profile to pull the latest server list.
