Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Subscription import fails | Verify the URL is correct and your internet connection is active. Try pasting the URL again carefully. |
| Proxy fails to start | Check if another VPN or proxy app is running. Close conflicting apps and retry. |
| No internet after enabling proxy | Try switching to a different server node. Toggle proxy off/on. |
| Connection drops on Android | Exclude Hiddify from battery optimization in device settings. |
| Slow speeds | Run a ping test and switch to the lowest-latency server. Try servers in closer geographic regions. |
| App not detecting subscription format | Ensure the subscription URL is a valid FreeGuard link. Try refreshing the subscription. |
