Hysteria2 can deliver excellent throughput and low latency for demanding scenarios, but some websites may restrict or block it.
Best for
- Remote desktop (RDP) and cloud workstations
- Low-latency gaming
- High-bitrate streaming
Known limitations
- Some websites may not work with Hysteria2. If you see connection failures, switch protocols.
- If stability matters more than peak speed, use AnyTLS as the default.
If a website blocks Hysteria2, switch to AnyTLS (recommended) or Trojan (fallback) in FreeGuard PC settings.
